1850 Blackberry Pie

Spicie Gladys Ray Johnson

1 unbaked 10" pie shell
1 quart blackberries
1 cup flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup milk

Fill shell with berries.
Mix flour, sugar, and milk.
Pour mixture over berries.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until center is set.
If desired, brown under broiler.
Serves 8.
